摘要
本文针对中药成分提取中存在的“唯成分”论和“通则”论 ,将分析思维与系统思维、单体成分与混合成分、中医治病特点与口服给药特点统一起来 ,从生物药剂学的角度 ,提出了“半仿生提取法 (简称SBE法 )”。该工艺在中药成分提取中坚持“有成分论 ,不唯成分论 ,重在肌体的药效学反应”。经对多种复方研究 ,结果提示 :“SBE法”有可能替代“WE法 (水提取法 )” ;“SBAE法 (半仿生提取醇沉淀法 )”有可能替代“WAE法 (水提取醇沉淀法 )”。
Semi-bionic Extraction(SBE), a new method for the extraction of Chinese madicinal materials, is put forward from the viewpoint of biopharmacy. The method(process) lays stress on the phamacodynamic reactions of the human body. The result of experiments show that the Semi-bionic Alcohol Extraction Method (SBAE) is likely to take the place of Water Alcohol Extraction Method(WAE).
