摘要
癌症恶病质 (CancerCachexia)发生于恶性肿瘤晚期。进一步探讨中医治疗肿瘤恶病质的基础 ,从新的途径 ,用新的方法研究有效中药抗恶病质的作用机理 ,将有助于揭示中医中药治疗恶病质的实质。人类基因组研究的方法学内容与中医学的整体观、辨证观有许多相似之处。基因芯片技术记忆片技术可进行快速大量的基因表达检测 ,能够实现获得样口中大量基因序列及表达信息的目的 ,从而解决高通量基因表达平行分析问题。选择对肿瘤恶病质有确切疗效的有效中药以基因芯片技术研究其抗肿瘤恶病质的基因表达和功能调控 ,无疑对深入研究中药的抗恶病质作用机理具有深刻的理论意义。
Cancer cachexia occurs in the late stage of malignant tumor.To further explore the basic mechanism in the treatment of tumor cachexia by means of Chinese medicinal herbs in a new and effective way will help reveal the exact function of Chinese medicine in treating cachexia. In the research on human genes, there exist considerable similarities between the contents of methodology and the integral and dialectical viewpoints of traditional Chinese medicine. cDNA array technique has provided a large number of gene expression examinations to obtain the necessary information about this expression, and thus the paralleled-analysis problems in high flux gene expression can be solved. Choosing effective Chinese medicinal herbs in treating tumor cachexia, and using cDNA array technique to study its gene expression and function manipulation in fighting tumor cachexia will undoubtedly be of great theoretical significance in the further study on functional mechanism of Chinese herbal medicines in resisting cachexia.
