摘要
对番茄红素的性能作了测试与分析 ,并对番茄红素提取条件作了研究 ,确定了提取的最佳溶剂及最佳工艺条件。
This paper tested and analyzed the properties of lycopene, and researched extractive conditiones. Its optimum extractive solvent and technological conditines were determined.
