摘要
在 2 5℃ ,相对湿度 6 0 % ,周围风速为0的环境下 ,做了 1 %的琼脂凝胶在针 -平板电场中的干燥试验。结果表明 ,电场可使凝胶的干燥速率明显加快 ,水分的蒸发速率随电场强度增大线性升高 ,随电极间距离的增大呈指数下降。
Drying experiments of 1% agar gel were made in needle-plate high electrostatic field. Under 25 ℃,60% conditions,the water evaporation was speeded up greatly.The water vapor flux dropped exponently as the electrode gap was enlarged.The corona wind is the main factor for the water evaporation.
