摘要
RNA干扰是一种高效的、序列特异的基因沉默现象。文章介绍RNAi技术的研究简史及作用机制,以及在改良植物的体系结构、培育不育系、调控植物的颜色和香味、延长果实的货架期和在无核果实中的研究进展供这一领域的研究者作参考。
RNA interference（RNAi） is a high efficient,specific gene silencing.This article introduces RNA interference technology history and basic mechanism of RNA interference,and alteration of plant architecture,development of male sterile plants,modulation of flower color and scent,prolongation of fruit shelf-life and seedless fruit development,as a reference for researchers in this field.
