摘要
从小城镇规划的现状与问题入手 ,论述了小城镇规划的根本任务是促进小城镇社区发展 ,并结合实例分析了小城镇规划促进社区发展的途径 ,提出了以社区综合发展为目标的小城镇规划的新模式。
