摘要
指出高度城市化地区面临着城乡经济一体化和城乡建设二元化的矛盾,阐明了对这类地区开展农村居住模式研究的意义.以天津市塘沽区为例,通过对涉农地区的抽样调查,系统分析了高度城市化地区现状农村居住特征及存在问题.根据农民意愿,探讨了以农村居民点数量调整和用地优化为主要内容的新型农村居住模式.最后,提出了居住模式重构的制度保障措施.
By recognizing the conflict between the economic integration and constructing duality in urban region, the present paper illustrates the significance of studying rural residential mode in urban region. Taking Tanggu district as an example, the paper analyses the rural residential characters and problems based on the sampling survey. Furthermore, the new residential modes mainly including adjustment of rural residential points and optimization of landuse are discussed on the peasants＇ will. Finally, some institutional measures are given to ensure the process.
