摘要
目的:观察达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果。方法:比较78例PCOS患者采用达英-35治疗3个疗程前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)在循环血中的游离浓度的变化以及双侧卵巢体积和卵泡数量的变化。结果:经过达英-35治疗后的PCOS患者体内循环血中游离FSH、LH、T浓度明显降低(P<0.05),双侧卵巢体积减小(P<0.05),卵泡数量减少(P<0.05)。结论:目前临床治疗PCOS采用达英-35能取得较理想效果,值得临床推广。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Diane - 35 in treatment of 78 infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） . Methods： The changes of free concentrations of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） , luteinizing hormone （LH） , and testosterone in circulatory blood, the changes of ovarian volume and the number of follicles in bilateral ovaries of 78 infertile women with P- COS before and after treatment （ three courses of treatment） were compared. Results： After treatment, the free concentrations of FSH, LH, and testosterone in circulatory blood decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the volume of bilateral ovaries decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the number of follicles decreased （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： At present, Diane -35 can achieve ideal effect in treatment of PCOS, which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
