摘要
对新试剂TADAB与钯的显色反应研究结果表明,在1.2 mol/dm^2高氯酸介质中,钯与TADAB形成1∶1的稳定配合物.其最大吸收位于584nm,TADAB的最大吸收位于411nm.配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(584)=5.84×10~4dm^3·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),桑德尔灵敏度S=0.00182μg·cm^(-2).钯的浓度在5~50μg/25ml符合比尔定律.
A new reagent TADBA, has been synthesized and the optimum condition for spectrophotometric determination of Pd(Ⅱ) with the reagent has been described. In 1.2mol/dm^3 perchloric acid medium Pd(Ⅱ) and TADAB form a 1∶1 stable purple complex. The complex has a maximum absorption at 584 nm. It's molar absorptivity is 5.84×10~4 dm^3 mol^(-1) cm^(-1) and the Sandell sensitivity is 0.00182 μg·cm^(-2). The results obey Beer's law in the range of 0~50μg Pd/25ml.
