摘要
血管瘤和脉管畸形是2种性质完全不同的病变,有着完全不同的临床表现、病程和转归,其中,脉管畸形又分成淋巴管畸形、微静脉畸形、静脉畸形和动静脉畸形。本文结合临床经验和国内外文献,就头颈部脉管性疾病的临床表现、影像学特征、介入治疗技术要点、术后处理、并发症的预防及处理和栓塞术后的疗效评估进行了论述。
Vascular anomalies was categorized as haemangioma and vascular malformation which presented asdifferent clinical progress and outcome. The vascular malformation was also comprised of arteriovenous malformation,venous malformation and lymphatic malformation, et al. The clinical manifestation, imaging characteristics, key points ofinterventional treatment, manipulation after embolization, prevention of complication and evaluation of post-embolizationof vascular anomalies in the head and neck was reviewed.
