RT-PCR扩增细胞角蛋白CK20 mRNA诊断胃癌腹膜微转移的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)扩增细胞角蛋白CK20 mRNA法检测胃癌腹膜微转移的表达。方法:用RT-PCR方法扩增CK20 mRNA,检测胃癌患者胰腺被膜及横结肠系膜前叶,与常规病理切片法及免疫组化法检测腹膜微转移进行比较,并分析与病理组织学类型的关系。结果:受检83例胃癌患者的胰腺被膜及横结肠系膜前叶组织常规病理HE染色均未见癌细胞,而免疫组化检测阳性率为22.9%(19/83),CK20 mRNA阳性率为32.5%(27/83)。4例黏液腺癌患者,免疫组化3例有转移,而无1例CK20mRNA表达。结论:扩增CK20 mRNA的RT-PCR法是检测胃癌病人腹膜微转移敏感而较特异的方法。 Objective:To research the expression of gastric cancer peritoneal micro transfers with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) expand CK20 mRNAs.Methods: Expand CK20 mRNAs with RT-PCR method,examine the stomach cancer sufferer's pancreas drive film and bystreet bowel train before the film page,cut into slices law and immunity set with routine pathology to turn the law examination peritoneum micro to transfer progress and analyze the relation of pathologic histology type.Results: The regular pathology was negative in all the 83 patients,but CK20 positive cells were found in the capsule of the pancreas of 19 patients 22.9%(19/83).CK20 mRNA positive cells were found in the capsule of pancreas of 32.5%(27/83).4 sticky liquid gland cancer sufferer,the immunity set turns 3 to contain transfer,but had no CK20 mRNA expression.Conclusion: By using expanding the CK20 mRNAs RT-PCR law to examine stomach cancer patient the peritoneum micro transfer is sensitive.
