摘要
目的:评估改良配方后含青刺果油、马齿苋的清痘修复精华液(po-1),对改善寻常型痤疮皮损情况及促进皮肤屏障恢复的有效性及安全性。方法:选取83例寻常型痤疮患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组43例,对照组40例。实验组使用清痘修复精华液(po-1),对照组使用清痘修复精华液原配方(po-2),早晚各1次外用,分别观察实验组使用前后皮损改善及皮肤生理功能改变情况,并与对照组比较。结果:实验组皮损改善有效率81.39%;对照组为87.5%;两组间差异无统计学意义;皮肤生理功能结果显示:实验组使用前皮肤含水量[(28.57±6.91)%]与使用后[(32.06±+4.72)%]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),皮脂含量使用前[(161.50±67.70)μg/cm^2]与使用后[(115.21±39.26)μg/cm^2]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经表皮水分流失使用前[(21.24±9.71)g/(h·cm^2)]与使用后[(11.97±5.33)g/(h·cm^2)]比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清痘修复精华液新配方在改善皮损的同时,显著改善痤疮患者皮肤水油状况,对恢复皮肤生理功能有很好的辅助作用。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficiency and safety of improved formula of skin care products containing extract of prinsepia utilis and purslane in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: Eighty-three patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, in which 43 patients were in the experimental group, and 40 patients were in the control group. The experimental group was treated by the new formulation, Anti-Acne Repair Essence (po-1), while the control group was treated with Acne Repair Serum original formula (po-2), trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), water content, sebum and the lesion number of ache were detect or calculated before and after the treatments in two groups. Skin adverse side effect was also observed during the clinical trial. Results: After 30-day-treatment, the skin lesions were improved significantly in both two groups, with no statistical difference between these two groups. The TEWL, water content and oil content were also improved significantly after the treatment in both two groups. The improvements were significantly better in the experimental group than that in control group. Conclusion: the new formula of anti-acne essence significantly improves the water and oil condition of skin, while improving skin lesions. It ideally plays an additional role in restoration of skin physiological function.
