癫痫患者认知功能障碍相关因素分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨癫痫患者认知功能障碍相关因素。方法选择在该院确诊的癫痫患者60例为观察组,其中男32例,女28例;选择同期在我院健康体检者58例为对照组,其中男30例,女28例。认知功能综合测评采用韦氏成人智力量表,记忆测评采用韦氏成人记忆量表,脑病损程度采用Halstead-Reitan神经心理学成套测验。结果观察组智商、记忆商分别为74.8±21.5、80.4±12.3,明显低于对照组(98.4±6.3、105.2±8.2),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组脑病损值为0.34±0.24,明显高于对照组(0.09±0.73),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同文化程度的智商、记忆商、脑病损值比较均有明显差异,文化程度越高,其智商、记忆商越高,脑病损值越低。结论癫痫患者存在不同程度的认知功能障碍。尽早采取有效的治疗方法控制癫痫发作是避免和减少患者认知功能障碍、提高生活质量的重要前提。
