肾脏疾病的生化、免疫检查40例临床诊治分析 被引量：12

摘要 目的:探讨肾脏疾病的生化、免疫检查进展。方法:选取肾病综合征血栓形成的患者40例,就其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:各种不同病理类型发现时栓堵时均为肾病综合征状态,FSGS组尿蛋白定量较其他两组略高,MCD血红蛋白计数较其他两组略高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。FSGS组血清肌酐水平高于其他两组。与MN组比较,FSCG和MCD组AT-Ⅲ水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:随着医疗科技的深入,基因检测的应用,肾脏疾病的生化、免疫检查会有更广阔的科研前景,为临床治疗提供参考依据。
