摘要
目的:调查重症监护室侵袭性真菌感染的发生率、病死率,对相关因素进行分析,探讨防治策略。方法:搜集重症监护病房送检所有真菌培养阳性结果标本,进行调查分析。结果:真菌培养阳性标本205例,真菌感染病例84例,深部真菌感染呈上升趋势,真菌感染以白色念珠菌为主,呼吸道和泌尿道为真菌感染主要部位。结论:合并严重内科疾病、大量广谱抗生素使用、侵袭性导管的留置是深部真菌感染的主要危险因素,需采取综合措施控制与治疗真菌感染。
Objective：To investigate the incidence and mortality rate of invasive fungal infection（IFI） in our ICU,analyse the correlative factors and discuss the prophylaxis policy.Methods All the positive fungal culture Results were collected and analized.Results In all the 205 positive fungal culture specimens,there were 84 fungal infection cases,the deep fungal infections are presenting escalating trend.Candida albicans is the primary pathogenic bacteria.Respiratory tract and urinary tract are the main systems being infected.Conclusion Combination with severe internal diseases,large dose of broad spectrum antibiotics and retention of invasive catheter are the primary risk factors of invasive fungal infection.Integrate Methods are necessary to control and cure fungal infection.
