摘要
目的 观察矿泉浴配合自拟润肤止痒汤治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效、血流变学及甲皱微循环改变情况。方法 用矿泉浴配合润肤止痒汤治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症 60例与西药治疗 60例 ,随机分组进行对比观察 ,治疗前后进行血流变学及甲皱微循环检查。结果 矿泉浴配合润肤止痒汤组治愈率、总有效率分别为 95%及 98% ,西药组为 3 0 %及 75% ,两组总有效率经统计学处理有显著差异 ( χ2 =1 2 .1 8,P <0 .0 1 )。矿泉浴配合润肤止痒汤组治疗前后血流变学和甲皱微循环明显改善 ,有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 矿泉浴配合润肤止痒汤治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症疗效显著 ,无副作用 ,并对老年人血流变学和甲皱微循环有明显改善 ,是理想的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of treating the elder patients with Skin's Pruritus by the mineral Spring baths and Oral RunFu Zhiyang decoction. Methods 120 elder patients with Skin's pruritus were divided into two groups (60 Cases respectively). The patients in treating group were treated by means of RunFu zhiyang Decoction and mineral spring baths and the patients in control group were trea-ted by oral Ranitidine, Cinnarizine, calcium Gluconate、Vitamin C, at pre-and post-treating, conduct the comparision to curative effect. Results The clinical curative rate and the total effective rage (95%, 98% respectively) in treatment group were higher than those (30%, 75% respectively) in control group (χ 2=12.18, P<0.0.1) before and affer treatment, the degree of improvment on index in hemorheologil and microcirculation of nail fold was significant in treating group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mineral spring baths plus RunFu zhiyang decoction are effective to the dlder Skin's pruritus.
