摘要
网箱暂养石斑鱼(Epinephelus)易患烂皮病,本文研究其烂皮病发病季节,鱼体表(包括健康鱼和病鱼)和网箱海水总菌数的变化,并发现均以假单胞菌(Pseudomonas)和气单胞菌(Aeromonas)为优势菌。由此,作者对网箱暂养石斑鱼烂皮病的起因提出自己的看法和三条防治原则。
Epinephelus,cultivated temporarily in netting Boxes is easily attacked with epide- rmal disease.The purpose of this work is to study the epidermal microorganisms of this fish cultivated temporarily in boxes from Aprile to June with the flora of marine water as control.The genus of Pseudomonas and Aeromonas were found to be the predo- minant bacteria in every case.The predispo- sing Causes for developing fish epidermal disease and its prevention are discussed.
