摘要
对黄杞总黄酮进行了抗凝血、抗急性肺栓塞、降血脂、降血糖及免疫功能动物实验研究 ,结果发现黄杞总黄酮对小鼠具有抗凝血、抗 ADP引起的急性肺栓塞作用 ,可降低高胆固醇血症小鼠血脂和四氧嘧啶引起的糖尿病小鼠血糖 ,以及提高细胞免疫功能的作用。提示黄杞总黄酮具有抗凝、降脂、降糖和增强机体免疫力的作用。
The experimental studies of anti-coagulation, anti-acute pulmonary embolism, lipid-lowering, hypogly-cemia and immune function were performed with ERTF in mice. The results showed that ERTF has the actions of anti-coagulation,anti-acute pulmonary embolism induced by ADP, lowering lipids in hypercholesterolemia mice, decreasing blood glucose in diabetic mice induced by Alloxan and increasing cells immune function. These suggests that ERTF has the actions of anti-lowering, hypoglycemia and enhancing organic immunity.
