介入溶栓结合中药制剂治疗急性肺栓塞的体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价急性肺栓塞介入溶栓并配合本院中药制剂治疗的有效性、安全性。方法 5例诊断为急性肺栓塞的患者,经肺动脉造影确诊后,行介入导管溶栓、碎栓,之后静脉输注通脉疏络液,观察氧饱和度、症状改善及监测出血情况。结果 5例患者行介入治疗后症状及氧饱和度均有明显变化,配合通脉疏络液使用7 d～10 d,均基本治愈出院,未发现严重的出血及并发症。结论急性肺栓塞介入治疗配合中药活血化瘀治法是安全有效的。
