摘要
科研作为现代高校的三大职能之一,它不仅是学校教育教学内容的重要来源和学术创新的基本保障,同时也是学校整体办学质量和水平的基本体现和重要衡量指标。各新晋本科院校要从自身实际情况出发,结合科研建设的基本规律,全面展开科研建设工作,不断提升自身科研实力和水平,同时实现学校整体办学水平的全面提升和改善。
As one of the three major functions of the modern university, scientific research is not only the important source of university＇s teaching content and basic indemnification of the academic innovation, and also the basic embodiment and important measure of the school overall educational quality. Budding undergraduates should according to their own actual situation, combined with the basic law of the research, make a comprehensive construction and improvement of the research, in order to improve their research strength and make a comprehensive upgrade and improvement of the school＇ overall educational level.
