人孕中期羊水干细胞体外转化为神经细胞的实验研究

摘要 羊水干细胞是近几年来备受关注的一类具有多向分化潜能的组织干细胞,在体外不同的诱导条件下,可以向神经细胞、肌细胞、内皮细胞等分化。本实验探讨了在体外特定的诱导条件下,成人羊水干细胞(human amniotic fluid-derived stem cells,hFSCs)向神经元细胞转化的规律,为羊水干细胞应用于临床提供可靠的实验数据。
