羊水来源胎儿干细胞的研究进展

摘要 一、前言 羊水细胞的研究最早开展于上世纪初期，当时羊水细胞在体外的培养成功率较低，同时在临床诊断和治疗中发挥的作用也甚少。随着培养条件和理论的逐渐成熟，1971年有报道证实羊水细胞的培养成功率达97％。随之羊水细胞在先天性疾病的产前诊断中发挥越来越重要的作用，包括各种基因突变导致的染色体病、遗传病和先天性代谢异常等。近年来国外有学者在研究中发现羊水中存在胎儿脱落的间充质干细胞和Oct-4（octamer-binding protein4）阳性干细胞，这些羊水来源的胎儿干细胞能否作为组织工程学种子细胞的探讨成为干细胞研究领域的又一热点。
