摘要
目的:观察二合逍遥汤联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:将100例抑郁患者随机分为治疗组(二合逍遥汤合并氟西汀治疗)和对照组(给予氟西汀治疗)各50例。对照组口服氟西汀,初始剂量20mg.d-1,顿服,2周内加至40mg.d-1;治疗组服用二合逍遥汤加减治疗联合小剂量氟西汀(初始剂量5mg.d-1,顿服,2w内加至10mg.d-1),均观察治疗8周。于治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6、8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和副反应量表评定抗抑郁疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗8周末,治疗组和对照组治疗抑郁疗效差异有显著性,(P<0.05)。不良反应差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:二合逍遥汤联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症起效快,效果较好,不良反应轻且少。
Objective： To explore Erhe Xiaoyao Decoction combined with Fluoxetine in the treatment of depressive patients. Methods： 100patients with depression were randomly divided into the treatment group （50cases treated with Erhe Xiaoyao Decoc-tion combined with fluoxetine） and the control group （50eases treated with Fluoxetine）. The control group was treated with fluox- etine, initial dose of 20mg
·d^-, administered at draught, 2weeks to 40mg·d^-; the treatment group took Erhe Xiaoyao Decoc- tion combined with small dose of Fluoxetine （ initial dose of 5mg·d^-, administered at draught, 2weeks to 10mg·d^-） were ob-served in 8treated weeks. Before treatment and treated at the end of l^st, 2^nd, 4^th, 6^th, 8^th week, the Hamilton depression rating scale and side reaction scale assessment of antidepressant efficacy and adverse reaction were used. Results ： After 8weeks of treat-ment, the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group had significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Adverse reactions had sig- nificantly differerece （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Erhe Xiaoyao Decoction combined with Fluoxetine in treatment of depression has obvious effect and less adverse reaction.
