摘要
本文应用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ,对来源于不同地域的 15株柳松菇菌株的菌丝体进行酯酶同工酶比较和分析。结果表明 :柳松菇菌株间酯酶同工酶谱差异显著 ,且绝大多数菌株都具有特征谱带。
The comparison and analysis of esterase isozyme in mycelium of 15 A.aegerita strains coming from different dimes was carried out with orthogonal slab polyacrylanide gel electiophoresis in this study.The results showed that there were outstanding differences among esterase isozyme zymogran of A.aegerita strains and most strains have its charactenstic band.
