摘要
通过对新疆水资源利用现状和存在主要问题的分析 ,借鉴国内外成功经验 ,提出新疆水资源可持续利用的原则。
By analyzing present situation of water resources utilization in Xinjiang and taking some successful cases in China and other countries as samples, some new principles and countermeasures for sustainable utilization of water resources in Xinjiang are presented in this paper.
