急性脑梗死患者血清镁含量变化及门冬氨酸钾镁对其的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清镁(Mg2+)含量动态变化及门冬氨酸钾镁对其的影响。方法140例ACI患者分为研究组(门冬氨酸钾镁组)70例,常规治疗组70例,另73例为正常对照组(健康体检者),于发病后6、24、72 h及14 d检测血清Mg2+浓度及进行神经功能评估等疗效观察。结果研究组和常规治疗组在发病后6、24和72 h血清Mg2+含量与正常对照组比较明显减少(P<0.01);常规治疗组发病6 h血清Mg2+含量与同时相研究组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);常规治疗组发病24 h和72 h时与同时相研究组比较血清Mg2+明显降低(P<0.05);研究组、常规治疗组发病后14 d血清Mg2+含量与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组神经功能缺损评分减少值显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.001);研究组的临床疗效好转率(77.1%)明显高于常规治疗组(48.6%),两组疗效比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清Mg2+含量显著降低,且下降程度与损伤程度及病情进一步加重有关。门冬氨酸钾镁能提高血清镁含量并可改善神经功能。 【Objective】 Observation on acute cerebral infarction(ACI) patient's serum magnesium(Mg2+) content dynamic change and influence caused by potassium magnesium aspartate.【Methods】 140 selected ACI patients were divided into two groups,one is study group which has 70 samples(adopt potassium magnesium aspartate as medicine),the other conventional group which has 70 samples;and another normal healthy group for contrast,which has 73 healthy people as samples.Mg2+ content in serum determination and neural functionality evaluation as treatment effect assessment is performed after 6 h,24 h,72 h and 14 days after incident.【Results】 In the report of 6 h later,24 h later,72 h later,in both conventional group and study group,Mg2+ in serum is significantly lower(P 0.01) than that of normal healthy group;in 6 h result,serum Mg2+ of both conventional group and study group is the same(P 0.05);in 24 h and 72 h results,serum Mg2+ of conventional group is apparently lower(P 0.05) than that of study group.In 14 days result,both conventional group and study group serum Mg2+ content against that of normal healthy group is meaningless in statistics.Marks of neural functionality defect evaluation is better than that of conventional group(P 0.001);Recovery or significantly improvement rate of study group(77.1%) is higher than that of conventional group(48.6%).The curative effect's comparative difference there is statistically significant(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 The significantly drops of serum Mg2+ of ACI patient is relevant to ACI severity and patient condition.Potassium magnesium aspartate can improve serum magnesium and relief neural defect and improve neural functionality.
