摘要
本试验以价廉易得的卤水和石灰为原料,制备针状结晶碱式氯化镁,在适当的工艺条件下使其与铝化合物反应,制成镁铝复合阻燃剂。应用它阻燃聚乙烯发泡天花板,其氧指数可达35%,机械强度能满足使用要求,适合加工工艺,且生产成本比原工艺降低15%。
In this experiment,an Al/Mg composite flame retardant is produced by thereaction of basic magnesium chloride with an aluminium(Al)containing com-pound under given conditions,While basic MgCl_2 is prepared from brine andlime.The resulting composite FR has been applied to foamed PE Ceiling board,its limiting oxygen index is 35%,and the mechanical strength also meets theuser's requirements,and the production cost lowers by 15%.
