摘要
镁铝水滑石 ([Mg6Al2 (OH) 1 6CO3 ]· 4H2 O)用作电缆阻燃剂具有阻燃、消烟、填充三种功能 ,是无卤无机阻燃剂的新品种。本文首次在常压下用一步工艺法沉淀反应制备出镁铝水滑石试样 ,并讨论了不同的镁铝摩尔比对所得镁铝水滑石阻燃剂的相结构以及热分解温度和 DSC吸热值的影呐。结果表明 ,在适当范围内 ,合理的镁铝比可优化 DSC吸热值 。
Hydrotalcite([Mg 6Al 2(OH) 16 CO 3]·4H 2O) that has the functions of flame retardation and smoke elimination and filling is a new kind of inorganic flame retardant agent.In this paper,the hydrotalcite flame retardant agent samples were prepared by one step precipitation reaction at the atmospheric pressure.Acording to the analysis of the XRD?TG DTA,DSC,its endothermic value can be optimized by reasonably choosing mole ratio of magnesium to aluminum.The hydrotalcite flame retardant agents with proper mole ratio of the magnesium to aluminum has excellent thermal decomposition properties and high endothermic value within broader temperature.
