摘要
目的 观察小分子多肽类物质心肌肽素对缺氧 再给氧损伤培养心肌细胞的保护作用。方法 建立培养心肌细胞缺氧 再给氧损伤模型 ,分别以荧光微量法和光化学扩增法检测心肌细胞内脂质过氧化反应终产物MDA的含量及细胞内SOD活性 ,线粒体脱氢酶活性用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法测定。结果 心肌肽素可剂量依赖性地降低MDA的含量 ,提高SOD活性及增强受损细胞内线粒体脱氢酶活性。结论 心肌肽素对缺氧
AIM To investigate the protective effects of cardiomyopeptidin(CMP)——a kind of small molecular polypeptide on cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells injured by anoxiareoxygenation. METHODS The anoxiareoxygenation injury model of cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells was developed. Myocardial intracellular content of malondialdehyde(MDA)——the last production of lipid peroxidation reaction ,the activity of superoxides dismutase(SOD) and the activity of dehydrogenase in mitochondria were detected by fluorescent assay and lightchemistry method respectively , the activity of dehydrogenase in mitochondria were measured by MTT assay. RESULTS CMP could decrease dosedependently MDA content and increase SOD activity , dehydrogenase activity was enhanced dosedependently also in mitochondria. CONCLUSION CMP has protective effect on the cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells injuried by anoxiareoxygenation.
