摘要
目的探讨康复新液配合红外线治疗褥疮的临床效果,提高褥疮治疗效率,改善患者预后。方法采用随机数字表法将152例褥疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各76例。观察组采用康复新液联合红外线照射治疗,对照组采用传统治疗方法进行治疗,比较两组患者疗效,治疗疗程,治疗费用和患者满意度。结果观察组患者住院时间为(24.5±7.4)d、褥疮治疗费用为(2425.7±269.5)元、患者舒适度评价(18.4±4.8)、患者者满意度评价为(90.4±10.7),对照组分别为(32.4±11.2)d、(4678.4±667.2)元、(14.4±5.6)分、(86.6±16.5)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=26.670、114.733、18.839、36.367;P<0.01)。观察组痊愈56例、显效11例,对照组痊愈42例、显效15例组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=84.237,P<0.01)。结论康复新液配合红外线治疗褥疮疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To discusis the effect of the treatment of bedsore who treated by Kangfuxinye discussed joint nfrared ray,improve the prognosis of patients with.Methods Using random number table method 152 cases of bedsore were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each 76 cases.The observation group patients were treated by Kangfuxinye joint nfrared ray,compared with two groups of patients curative effect,treatment duration,treatment costs and patient satisfaction.Results The observation group patients hospital stay was（24.5±7.4）d,pressure ulcer treatment costs for（2425.7±269.5）yuan,patient comfort evaluation（18.4±4.8）,the patient satisfaction appraisal for 90.4 ±10.7）,and the control group were（32.4±11.2）d,（4678.4±667.2）yuan,（14.4±5.6）points,（86.6±16.5）points,comparative differences between groups were statistically significant（t = 26.670,114.733,18.839,36.367;P 0.01）.The observation group healed 56 patients,powerfully 11 cases and control well 42 cases,15 cases were markedly improved comparative differences between groups are statistically significant（χ2= 84.237,P 0.01）.Conclusion The effect of the treatment for bedsore is very good,and is worth clinical promotion.
