摘要
目的:探讨马栗种子提取物联合复方紫草液治疗淤积性皮炎的疗效。方法:选择2013年3月—2015年3月收治的120例淤积性皮炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组患者给予马栗种子提取物联合复方紫草液外敷治疗,对照组患者给予马栗种子提取物加龙珠软膏外敷治疗,观察2组患者的疗效及症状、体征改善情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为95.00%(57/60),对照组为78.33%(47/60),2组的差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后症状积分为(4.20±1.20)分,对照组为(8.40±1.50)分,均明显优于治疗前的(18.90±2.40)、(19.10±2.60)分,且2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的小腿周径差、皮炎面积为(1.88±0.57)cm、(4.96+1.51)cm^2,对照组为(2.89±0.52)cm、(7.92+1.45)cm^2,均较治疗前有明显减小,且2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马栗种子提取物联合复方紫草液治疗淤积性皮炎效果较好,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of extract of Horse chestnut seeds tablets combined with compound lithospermum liquid in treatment of stasis dermatitis. METHODS： 120 patients with stasis dermatitis admitted from Mar. 2013 to Mar. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 60 cases in each. The observation group were given extract of Horse chestnut seeds tablets combined with compound lithospermum liquid in external application,the control group received extract of Horse chestnut seeds tablets combined with dragon ball ointment in external application; the clinical efficacy,symptoms integral,margin of talocrural and stasis dermatitis area in two group of patients were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate was 95. 00%（ 57 /60） in observation group and 78. 33%（ 47 /60） in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The symptoms integral was（ 4. 20 ± 1. 20） in observation group and（ 8. 40 ± 1. 50） in control group,both of which were significantly higher than that of before treatment（ 18. 90 ± 2. 40） and（ 19. 10 ± 2. 60）,the difference was statistically significant between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Meanwhile,the margin of talocrural and stasis dermatitis area in observation group were（ 1. 88 ± 0. 57） cm and（ 4. 96 ＋ 1. 51） cm^2,and in control group were（ 2. 89 ±0. 52） cm and（ 7. 92 ＋1. 45） cm^2,both of which were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Extract of Horse chestnut seeds tablets combined with compound lithospermum liquid in treatment of stasis dermatitis is effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
