摘要
橡胶元件的动刚度对动力总成悬置系统的隔振性能有着显著的影响。通过试验测试了激励频率、预载荷和温度对橡胶元件刚度数值的影响,分析了不同的刚度数值对六自由度悬置系统固有频率和能量解耦率的影响,并在整车模型下试验了优化后的结果,优化后悬置系统的隔振性能有明显的改善。
The dynamic stiffiness of rubbers has conspicuous influence on the performance of vibration isolation for powertrain mounting system. The stiffiness values affeccted by frequency of excitation, load of rubber and temperature field were studied by experiment in this article. Natural frequeney and the percentage of energy decoupling were evaluated as well in a 6 DOF mounting system and the obvious improvement in vibration isolation performanee verifies the effectiveness of optimization.
