摘要
目的 介绍Markov模型在卫生经济学中的应用。方法 以对人群中筛查幽门螺旋杆菌感染 ,以预防胃癌的方案进行卫生经济学评价为例 ,说明Markov模型的应用方法和步骤。结果 筛查方案能减少胃癌的发生 ,延长期望寿命 ,每增加 1个生命年的费用为 2 0 2 0元。
Objective To give a comprehensive description of Markov modeling for health economic evaluation.Methods A example of screening Helicobacter pylori in 45～50 years old population to prevent the gastric cancer is employed to describe the technique.Results According to the Markov analysis,HP screening will reduce the case of gastric cancer,increase expected life years of screened population.Conclusion Markov models are particularly suited to modeling chronic disease and apply in medical decision analysis.
