摘要
近年来,随着图书馆社会功能的日趋完善,图书馆越来越多地与社会各界发生着物质能量的交替,在此过程中不可避免地产生各种社会危机。阐述了图书馆危机公关的必要性,提出了危机预防和危机应对措施。
In recent years, with the maturing of library＇ s social functions, more and more material energy alternations occur between library and all circles in the society, which inevitably causes various social crisis in the process. This paper expounds the necessity of paying attention to library＇ s public relations in crises, and puts forward some measures for crisis prevention and crisis response.
