摘要
针对公共图书馆危机管理问题,阐述了图书馆危机及危机管理理论,分析了我国公共图书馆所面临的危机管理问题,最后在危机管理相关理论的基础上,提出了相应的策略。
The paper expounds the theory of library crises and crisis management, analyses the questions about public library management in our country and advances corresponding strategies based on the crisis management theory.
