摘要
采用环状单向免疫扩散法,测定了40例正常人血浆纤维结合蛋白(FN)含量,其 X^2±SD 为292.48±43.11μg/ml;30例急性白血病患者 FN 为209.49±69.56μg/ml。两组相比,p<0.01。同时还观察到血浆 FN 水平与血型无相关性(p>0.05)。另外还测定了本所制备的89袋冷沉淀,FN 含量为1.5583±0.4476mg/ml,与国外有关报道一致,且 FN 回收率高于文献值(p<0.001)。对8例急性非淋巴细胞白血病伴发热感染者各输冷沉淀100ml,输后4小时 FN 上升高峰接近正常组值,因此输注冷沉淀可纠正病人低 FN 水平。本研究结果提示,冷沉淀有可能作为具有调理活性的制品而用于新的临床适应证。
The plasma fibronectin(FN) tevel(±SD)determined in 40 nor- mal subjects by the single radial im- munodiffusion method,was 292.48± 43.11 μg/ml,whereas the plasma FN level(±SD)determined in 30 pa- tients with acute leukemia,was 209.49±69.56 μg/ml,with p being< 0.01 when both groups were com- pared with each other.At the same time,no correlation was observed between the plasma FN level and the blood group(p>0.05).In ad- dition,the FN concetration deter- mined in 89 bags of cryoprecipitate prepared by our institute,was 1.5583 ±0.4476 mg/ml,which was consi- tent with that reported abroad,and sthe recovery of FN was higher than that found in the literature(p< 0.001).After 4 hours of transfusing with 100 ml of cryoprecipitate,the FN level in 8 patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia complica- ted by fever and infection,was rai- sed to its peak,which was close to that found in the normal group. As a consequence,the transfusion with cryoprecipitate was able to re- dress the low FN level in patients. The results of this study suggest that the cryoprecipitate can be used for new clinical indications as a pre- paration with opsonic activity.
