摘要
目的了解长期口服阿司匹林患者对普外手术出血量的影响。方法将29例长期口服阿司匹林的普外老年手术患者作为观察组,与同期73例未用抗凝药物的普外老年手术患者作为对照组进行比较。结果观察组术中出血量为(39.6±4.7)ml,对照组为(11.0±3.3)ml,两组出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(t=32.7,P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林能影响血小板聚集功能,长期口服会增加老年患者普外手术的出血量。
Objective To understand the long-term oral administration of aspirin in patients with general surgery operative bleeding.Methods 29 cases of long-term oral administration of aspirin in general surgery in elderly surgical patients as the observation group were compared with the same period 73 cases with anticoagulant drugs in general surgery in elderly surgical patients as the control group.Results Bleeding volume of the observation group（39.6±4.7） ml in the control group（11.0± 3.3） ml,two groups of bleeding,the difference was statistically significant（t=32.7,P0.05）.Conclusions Aspirin can affect platelet aggregation,long-term oral administration will increase the amount of general surgery surgical bleeding in elderly patients.
