非心脏手术患者围手术期抗血小板药物的使用 被引量：12

摘要 抗血小板药物被广泛用于心血管疾病的一级和二级预防，特别是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）和急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）。其他适应证包括非心源性缺血性卒中的二级预防、周围动脉闭塞性疾病的治疗等。据统计90％的PCI患者需要放置冠状动脉支架，世界范围内每年植入支架数量超过400万枚。为防止早期支架内血栓形成，所有植入支架的患者在规定的时间内均应接受双联抗血小板治疗。
