摘要
目的观察血必净注射液对治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床疗效及对患者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平的影响。方法将70例ARDS患者随机为2组,均予常规治疗,治疗组35例加血必净注射液治疗,对照组35例加地塞米松磷酸钠注射液治疗。2组均连续治疗7 d。统计临床疗效,检测2组入院后第1、3、5、7 d TNF及IL-8水平变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.14%,对照组总有效率82.85%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组入院后第3、5、7 d TNF及IL-8水平与本组入院后第1 d比较均明显下降(P<0.05),且2组组间同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论血必净注射液能显著降低ARDS患者TNF及IL-8水平,阻断肺损伤演变进程,促进肺组织修复和肺功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance and effect of Xuebijing injection on tumor necrosis factor（TNF） and interleukin-8（IL-8） levels in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）.Methods 70 cases of ARDS were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group（n=35） were additionally treated by Xuebijing injection.Patients in control group（n=35） were additionally treated by Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection.The two groups were treated for 7 consecutive days.Clinical efficacy was analyzed.The levels changes of TNF and IL-8 in two groups were observed 1,3,5,7 days after admission.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 97.14% and 82.85%,respectively.There was statistically significant between two groups in total effective rate（P0.05）.The levels of TNF and IL-8 3,5,7 days after admission were obviously decreased as compared with these 1 day after admission in two groups（P0.05）.There was statistically significant between two groups in the levels of TNF and IL-8 3,5,7 days after admission（P0.05）.The levels of TNF and IL-8 3,5,7 days after admission in treatment group were lower than those in control group.Conclusion Xuebijing injection can significantly reduce the TNF and IL-8 levels in patients with ARDS,blocking the lung injury process of evolution and promote lung tissue repair and lung function recovery.
