摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床疗效。方法重症肺炎合并ARDS患者11例在常规西医治疗基础上,及早进行机械通气干预,配合中医药辨证治疗。结果11例中好转、治愈6例,死亡5例,好转治愈率为54.55%,病死率为45.45%。结论中西医结合治疗重症肺炎并发ARDS可降低病死率,值得进一步探讨与研究。
Objective:To observe the effect of Combined Use of TCM and WM Therapy on severe pneumonia in association with ARDS. Methods:11 patients,on the base of received usual treatment of WM,took mechanical draft as early as possible,and Determination of Treatment Based on Pathogenesis Obtained through Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs were cooperated.Results:In the 11 patients,improvement or cure case was 6,fatal case was 5. Conclusion:The therapy could reduce the fatality rate in patients with severe pneumonia in association with ARDS.
