摘要
建立了同时测定人血浆中异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱 Lichrospher1 0 0 RP-C8( 5μm) ,流动相为乙腈 ( A)∶ 0 .0 5mol/L磷酸二氢钾 ( B) (每 50 0 ml中加入三乙胺约 2 0 0μl调 p H 5.6) ,检测波长 2 70 nm。线性范围分别为 0 .1~ 1 0μg/ml和 1~ 4 0μg/ml,方法回收率分别为大于 90 %和 82 % ,日内、日间差皆小于 1 0 %
A HPLC method was established to determine the plasma concentration of isoniazid and pyrazinamide. Lichrospher 100 RP C 8 was used as a statephase. A linear gradient delution was used from a binary system consisting of solvent A (acetonitrile ) and solvent B (0.05 mol/L KH 2PO 4).Quantitation of isoniazid and pyrazinamide was achieved with a high precision and a low inter sample variation.
