摘要
探讨了题示试剂(DMTAQ) 与镍离子的显色反应条件,当pH 5.5 时,在OP存在下,DMTAQ 与镍离子形成红色配合物,最大吸收峰位于556 nm ,表观摩尔吸收系数为1.2×105 L·m ol- 1·cm - 1。镍量在0~12 μg/25 m L范围内符合比耳定律。已用于合金钢中镍的测定。
The optimum conditions for the colour reaction of nickel with the reagent 7 (4,5 dimethyl 2 thiazolylazo) 8 quinolinol (DMTAQ) was studied.A red colour complex was formed from Ni(Ⅱ) and DMTAQ in the presence of OP at pH5.5.The complex has an absorption maximum at 556nm.The molar absorptivity is 1.2×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,Beer's law is obeyed for 0~12μg/25 mL of nickel.This method has been used for the determination of nickel in alloy steels with satisfactory results.
