摘要
以木棉、超吸水纤维(SAF)和聚乳酸(PLA)纤维的混合针刺层作为里层,聚丙烯(PP)纤维和麻赛尔纤维的混合针刺层作为表层,采用热黏合技术进行复合,制得多组分非织造医用复合敷料。利用正交试验法研究了里层木棉和SAF的比例、表层麻赛尔纤维质量分数和预针刺道数对敷料的断裂强力和吸液倍率的影响。试验结果表明:当里层木棉和SAF质量比为1∶1、麻赛尔纤维在表层中的质量分数为50%、预针刺道数为4道时,制得的敷料其综合性能最优。在该工艺下制得的敷料,其断裂强力为16.37 N,吸液倍率为14.96。
Using thermal bonding technology prepared the composite medical dressings wlalcla was composeu oy me kapok, super absorbent fiber (SAF) and polylactic acid fiber (PLA) hybrid needle-punched layers as a inner layer, PP and juteceU mixed needle-punched layer as a surface layer. The effects of the process parameters such as ratio of kapok and SAF in the inner layer, juteeell fiber mass ratio and pre-needlepunching number on breaking strength and absorption rate of dressings were studied by means of orthogonal experiment. The experimental results showed that the prepared dressings would have the optimal comprehensive performance, when ratio of kapok and SAF be 1:1 in the The dressings prepainner layer, surface jutecell fiber mass ratio be 50% and pre-needle-punching number be 4.red by above process parameters had breaking strength of 16.37 N and absorption rate of 14.96.
