摘要
分析采用运动控制器的典型运动控制系统的工作过程。利用闭环控制系统中的控制信息和反馈信息 ,在不增加任何硬件测试装置的条件下 ,从辨识所得到的闭环模型中得出被控对象系统的数学模型 ,实验证明该方法可行 ,可为系统参数优化和故障诊断等提供条件。
In this paper the operational principle of typical motion control systems composed of common purpose motion controllers is analyzed.Making use of the internal information of the closed\|loop system,the dynamic model of the control object can be got.The method is easy to use ,needs no additional hardware that is often essential when canonical identifying is to be done.Test done shows the usability of this method.It may be helpful to system optimization and diagnosis.\;[
