摘要
营养不良是肝硬化患者常见的并发症并且会影响患者预后,经肠内营养可改善肝硬化患者的营养状态。但是如何在肝硬化患者进行肠内营养的规范对于多数临床医生仍然是一个难题。本文研究并总结了肝硬化患者肠内营养的一些问题,并指出相关的定义和方法以供临床医生参考。
Malnutrition is commonly seen in patients with liver cirrhosis and has been shown to adversely affect outcome.Enteral nutrition（EN） offers the possibility to increase or to insure nutrient intake in case of insufficient oral food intake in these patients.But how to define and use enteral nutrition in cirrhosis patients is still a question for clinicians in China.We studied clinical concerns about enteral nutrition in cirrhosis.Some definitions and methods were reviewed for liver clinicians in china.
