摘要
本文报道了在生长KTiOPO_4的熔盐体系中掺入Rb、Cs或As元素后晶体生长和性质的改变,并从结构和性能的关系方面讨论了这些结果。
This paper reports the changes occuring in crystal growth and some properties of KTiOPO_4 crystal doped with Rb, Cs and/or As. Based on the relationship between the crystal structure and properties, the results are also discussed.
