摘要
为基础教育提供高素质的师资始终是高师院校最根本的使命。从剖析卓越教师的内涵着手,结合省属高师院校卓越教师培养的实践,从课程体系、师资队伍、实践教学等方面对构建卓越教师培养模式进行了阐述,并从确立师范院校在卓越教师培养中的主体地位,完善教师教育质量保障体系,落实中小学教师的专业发展自主权,完善"国培计划"与顶岗实习的衔接机制等四个方面提出了进一步推进教师教育改革的建议。
For the field of Basic Education, the provision of highly qualified teachers is a duty ot htgner teacher-education institutions. The outstanding-teacher connotation means for Provincial higher teachereducation institutions to practice i.n curriculum, faculty and practical training systems so as to establish teacher-education institutions position as the principal for outstanding-teacher development on the basis of improvement of teacher-education quality systems as well as middle and primary school teachers' profes- sional developmental rights for improvement of the "National Teacher Training Program" with work place- ment, for which here are some advancements in teacher-education as reformation suggestions and advice.
