摘要
五个系统玻璃试样置于不同酸溶液中浸泡不同时间,然后测量其浸泡前后厚度、重量及分光光谱透过率。结果表明:玻璃的酸溶性与时间、温度和酸浓度以及玻璃的组成有关;碱硼硅酸盐和铅硅酸盐玻璃在酸或碱溶液中浸泡后几乎无变化,适于作微通道板和凹陷面板皮玻璃;镧硼硅酸盐、镧钡硼硅酸盐和镧钡硼酸盐玻璃在酸溶液中有不同程度的重量损失。只要选用合适的酸溶液配方,就能设计出相应的微通道板和凹陷面板芯玻璃。
The glass samples of five systems were tested in various acid solution for different times. The thickness, weight and transparence of samples were measured before and after corrosion for comparison.It follows that solubility of glasses in acid depends on the time, temperature and acid concentration as well as glass composition. The alkali borosilicate and lead silicate glasses hardly change after immersion in acid or alkaline solution and they are suitable for clad glass of micro channel plates and sunken faceplates, and that the lanthanum borosilicate, lanthanum barium borosilicate and lanthanum barium borate glasses have different weight losses in acid. As long as the composition of acid solution is selected properly, it is likely that the optimal core giass for micro channel plates and sunken faceplates can be found.
