摘要
对灵仙化石胶囊中威灵仙进行了薄层鉴别的研究 ,同时采用薄层扫描法测定了方中麻黄碱的含量 ,平均回收率为99.5 2 % ,RSD=2 .49% (n=9)。可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Thin layer chromatography was used for identification of Radix clematidis in Lingxian Huashi Jiaonang Ephedrine was determined by TLC scanning The average recovery was 99 52%,RSD=2 49%(n=9) The results showed that this method was suitable for the quality control of Lingxian Huashi Jiaonang
