摘要
建立了“咳宁”冲剂的薄层定性方法，并利用ＴＬＣＳ法测定了其中麻黄生物碱的含量，雷氏盐沉淀──酸碱滴定法测定了其中百部总碱的含量。
A identification method using TLC for a new preparation Kening granulewas established.The content of ephedrine was determined by TLCS and the total alka-loid content of Radix Stemonae in the granule was estimated with a reinecke salt precip-itation-acid-base titration method.
